§ 1 Scope of Application

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our shop is aimed at consumers and businesses with residence or registered office within the EU, as well as consumers in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Canada.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly private (§ 13 BGB). (3) An entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

(1) The contract language is German. (2) We save the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form.

§ 4 Delivery Conditions

(1) In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply (see "Shipping & Delivery"). (2) Delivery to, among others: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, UK, USA, Canada. (3) Delivery time DE: 48 hours from shipping confirmation; EU: 3–5 working days; outside EU: 5–10 working days. (4) Production only takes place after receipt of order (Print-on-Demand).

§ 5 Payment

(1) Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (instant transfer, invoice, installment payment). (2) Processing is carried out via the respective payment service provider. (3) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Liability for Defects

(1) The statutory liability rights for defects apply. (2) As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty. (3) In case of obvious transport damage, we kindly ask you to complain to the deliverer and notify us within 7 days. Photo proof is sufficient; we will send a free replacement.

§ 8 License for AI-generated Content

(1) When purchasing a physical product, you acquire a unique item with private usage rights for hanging in private and commercial premises. (2) With the digital "Master Prompt Vault", you receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Resale or commercial distribution is prohibited.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

EU Commission OS platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final Provisions

(1) If the buyer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Niedernhausen. (2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (3) Severability clause.
