Production
Each product is produced individually for you after order receipt. We use the printing facilities of our partner Gelato in Germany — no stock, no mass production. Printing usually starts within 4–8 hours after order receipt.
Shipping Service Provider
We ship climate-neutral via DHL Express. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the shipment leaves the printing center.
In Case of Shipping Damage
- Photo of the damage (packaging + product)
- Email to support@tiktokfantasyai.com with order number
- We will send a free replacement within 24h
Change Delivery Address
As long as your product has not yet been printed (usually the first 2–4 hours), you can change the delivery address via support@tiktokfantasyai.com. After that, a change is unfortunately no longer possible.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see cancellation policy. For returns, you bear the return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping.
