We host our website via Shopify International Limited (2nd Floor Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). When you visit, Shopify collects various log files including your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Details: shopify.com/legal/privacy

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations. Invoice and tax data are stored for 10 years in accordance with § 147 AO. This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons.

5. Data Processing for Orders
When you place an order, we collect: first and last name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number, payment data (not stored by us). Processing for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Production & Shipping: Gelato
We use Gelato APS (Akersgata 8, 0158 Oslo, Norway / EEA) for printing and shipping. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Name, delivery address, order content, optional phone number are transmitted. Data protection: gelato.com/privacy-policy
Payment Processing
Shopify Payments (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland), PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg), Klarna Bank AB (Sweden). If you choose a payment method, your payment data will be transmitted directly to the respective provider.
Shipping: DHL
For shipping, we transmit your name, delivery address, and phone number to DHL Express (Deutsche Post AG).
6. Analysis Tools
Shopify Analytics for statistical evaluation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). TikTok Pixel only with activated marketing cookie consent (TikTok Technology Ltd., Ireland; data transfer to third countries possible).
